Exam Team Development is an informal partnership between self-employed trainers Barbara Wynn and Anne Borrowdale who are both aware of GDPR and have individually taken steps to ensure they are compliant.
ETD does not collect or process any personal data other than that provided by you when you actively contact ETD or book training from us. This information is held securely and will not be passed to any outside organisation or individual without your consent.
ETD holds records related to training provided by us, including content and invoices. HMRC requires us to keep this data for 6 years for tax purposes. We will respond to Subject Access requests as and when they arise, and within one month of the request being made. We will delete personal ETD data other than that required for tax purposes on request.
If we become aware that personal data held by ETD is compromised, we will inform those affected immediately.
ETD has previously used Mailchimp to send occasional newsletters to those who have subscribed to our email list via the ETD website, and those who have contacted ETD in connection with invigilator training. ETD no longer has a Mailchimp account, and all account data has been removed from the Mailchimp system.
